Popüler mesajlaşma uygulaması Whatsapp’ın son görülme özelliğini kapatması tartışmalara sebep oldu. Son görülme bilgisinin görünmediği birçok kullanıcı da aynı zamanda “yazıyor” ifadesinin de görünmediği belirtti. Sadece Türkiye değil tüm Dünya’da, uygulamaya olan şikayetlerin sayısı hızla artıyor. Whatsapp kullanıcıları için önemli olan bu özelliğin kaldırılması kullanıcı deneyimi açısından olumsuz olarak nitelendiriliyor. Twitter’da konunun global bir gündem başlığı olmasına rağmen henüz Whatsapp’tan konuyla ilgili resmi bir açıklama gelmedi. Bu durumun güncellemeden kaynaklı bir hata olabileceğini de söylemek mümkün çünkü Whatsapp’ta çoğu kullanıcıdan kaldırılan “son görülme özelliği”, okundu bilgisi veren “Mavi Tik” işareti geçerli değil.
